ChinaPath is an independent information service for international students considering study in China. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any university, the China Scholarship Council, or any government body.
University programmes, tuition, deadlines, scholarships and admission requirements change frequently. We collect them from official university sources and record where each item came from, but you must verify anything important on the university’s official website before you act on it. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or error-free.
Using ChinaPath creates no admission, scholarship or visa outcome. We never submit applications on your behalf and never charge you a fee. Links to official application portals open the university’s own website, where their terms apply.
The app’s design, text and compiled database are ours. University names, logos and campus photographs belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the institutions; Wikimedia Commons photos are used under their Creative Commons licences and credited in the app. If you are a rights holder and want an item removed or corrected, contact us and we will act promptly.
The service is provided “as is”. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms — the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
To the extent permitted by law, ChinaPath is not liable for decisions you make based on the information in the app, including application outcomes, costs, or travel arrangements.
These terms are provided in English and Chinese; if they differ, the English version prevails.

专业、学费、截止日期、奖学金与录取要求会随时变化。我们从学校官方渠道采集并记录每条的来源，但重要信息请务必在学校官网核实；我们不保证信息完整、最新或无差错。
使用本 App 不构成任何录取、奖学金或签证结果承诺；我们不代你提交申请，也不收取费用。跳转到官方申请系统后，适用该学校自己的条款。
App 的设计、文案与整理后的数据库归我们所有；大学名称、校徽与校园照片归各自权利人，仅用于识别学校；Wikimedia Commons 照片按其 CC 许可证使用并在 App 内署名。权利人如要求下架或更正，请联系我们，我们会及时处理。
服务按“现状”提供。我们可能调整、暂停或下线功能，并可能更新本协议（生效日期随之更新）；更新后继续使用视为接受。
在法律允许范围内，ChinaPath 不对你基于 App 信息所做的决定（包括申请结果、费用、行程安排）承担责任。
